What is the Charts and Quotes Panel?
The Charts and Quotes Panel is located in the middle portion of the STC platform. This section of the SogoTrade Trading Center integrates the main stock data of any chosen stock along with other important stock tools.
The data and charts available are invaluable tools for any trader and also allow for an enhanced trading experience. This panel includes access to various charting choices and extensive data for the chosen stock, a watch list of the major indexes and access to Research and News sources.

How Do I View the full Charts & Quotes Panel if the panel is closed?
If the complete Charts & Quotes is not being displayed, left click on the + sign located on the far right side of the stock data row to view the full display of the window.

If you want to hide the main display panels of the Charts Panel, left click on the - sign located on the far right side of the stock data row.



What is the Quotes Panel?

The Quotes panel is located on the top portion of the Charts Panel and consists of the important trading data of the chosen stock.

What data is available for viewing?

The data that is available for viewing is:
  1. Last Trade of Stock
  2. Change- in numeric and percentage terms
  3. Bid -of stock
  4. Ask -of stock
  5. Bid Size- of stock
  6. Ask Size -of stock
  7. Volume- of stock

 

Can I Enter trade parameters from the Quotes Panel?

Yes. There are three data points on the Quotes Panel that if chosen (left clicked) will populate specific order parameters in the Order Entry panel.

 The Data Points:

  1. If you left click on:  Last price- the last price will populate the limit price box of the Order Entry Panel.
  2. If you left click on: Bid Price- The Order Entry Panel will create a Sell order with the limit price of the Bid.
  3.  If you left click on: Ask price - The Order Entry Panel will create a Buy order with the limit price of the Ask.

How do I Refresh the Quotes Panel?

If you want to refresh the Quotes Panel display, left click on the refresh sign located on the far right side of the stock quotes panel.
