What happens if I enter an order on a holiday or weekend?
The rules above are in effect for orders entered during the regular trading week. Orders entered on non-trading days; such as weekends and holidays, will be active for the next valid trading session.
What are the Time-in- Force rules for the different Durations?
Can I place an order that has an apparently invalid duration at the time I am placing the order?
Yes. You may enter orders with different durations 24 hours a day. When you place the order (the day and the time) is what determines the trading session in which it is valid.
