Can I view the Orders and Positions Tab in an enhanced manner?

You are able to view the Orders & Positions Panel in an enhanced manner when viewing the Open orders, Trades, Cancelled Orders and All Orders tabs by choosing one of these three modes or any combination of these modes:

  • Group by symbols mode.
  • Expand mode.
  • Enable Filter mode.

What is the Group by symbols mode?

The Group by symbols mode allows you to have these tabs; Open orders, Trades, Cancelled Orders & All Orders grouped (filtered) by symbols. All your orders will then be displayed (grouped) together on a stock by stock basis. To choose this function you must left click the Group by Symbols check mark box located on the right side of the Orders & Positions Panel.

What is the Expand Mode?

You are able to view in an expanded mode the stocks in the Open Orders, Trades, Cancelled Orders & All Orders tabs by left clicking on the Expand Mode check mark box located on the right side of the Orders & Positions Panel. In this mode, you can view more detailed data of your stocks and a snapshot chart of these stocks.

What additional data can I view in the Expand Mode?
  • Last (trade)
  • Change ($ & %)
  • Bid
  • Ask
  • Open
  • Today: The price range in the stock today.
  • 52 week: The 52 wk price range in the stock.
  • Volume
  • Pos/Avail
What kind of chart is available for viewing in the Expand mode?

You are to view a snapshot 1 day chart of every stock in the selected tab.




What is the Enable Filter view?

The Enable Filter view allows you to further filter and customize the contents of these four tabs; Open Orders, Trades, Cancelled Orders & All Orders tabs by left clicking on the Enable Filter Mode check mark box located on the right side of the Orders & Positions Panel.

What are my Filtering Choices?

1) Period- You are able to choose what specific time period you would like to view by selecting one of the choices in the Period dropdown box located on the far left hand side of the Orders & Positions Panel.


What are the time periods that I can view?
The choices are:

  • All
  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Current Month
  • Previous 6 Months
  • Year to date
  • Last year
  • Specify date Range- you are able to select the exact dates you wish to view.


Can I choose a specific date range?

Yes. First, left click on the calendar icon located directly adjacent to both the Start Date & End Date Boxes.  Next, you must choose a Starting date in the Start Date box and an Ending Date in the End Date box.

2) Order Type- You are able to choose what specific order types you would like to view by selecting one of the choices in the Order Types dropdown box located in the middle portion of the Account Management window.  You must left click on the Order type’s dropdown box to access the list of choices.

What are the Order Types that I can view?
The choices are:

  • All
  • Buy
  • Sell
  • Sell Short
  • Buy to Cover

3) Order Status- You are able to choose what order status you would like to view by selecting one of the choices in the Order Status dropdown box located in the middle portion of the Orders & Positions Panel. You must left click on the Order Status dropdown box to access the list of choices.

What Order Status I can view?
The choices are:

  • All
  • New
  • Pending
  • Cancelling
  • Cancelled
  • Completed
  • Expired
  • Replaced

4) Symbol- You are able to choose a specific symbol to view by entering the desired stock symbol in the Symbol box located on the far right hand portion of the Orders & Positions Panel.

How do I refresh the Orders & Positions Panel?

If you want to refresh the Orders & Positions Panel , left click on the refresh sign located on the far right side of the panel .

 

How do I cancel an Order?

If you would like to cancel an order, you must navigate to the Open Orders or All Orders Tab. On the far right hand side of both tabs is the Cancel Column. You must then left click on the X mark in the row of the order you would like to cancel.
